No Fear for Water Damage Anymore with the Waterproof USB Connector!

The waterproof USB connector is applied to signal usage for PV inverter, outdoor LED display, marine or automation machine, and IPC/Military NB. It can be widely applied in many aspects. With this connector, your equipment is waterproof. Take the underwater camera housing for instance. It’s an excellent camera for taking beautiful photos under water; however, it is prone to get humidity, dirt and dust problems if you open them more often than needed. So, in order to download the images off of the digital camera between dives, it’s better to install a waterproof USB connector to the housing. Also, for industry computer, it’s also a very important device to prevent water from entering computer.

Therefore, if you worry that your device will damage because of water, waterproof USB connector may solve your problem.

The Advanced Radar Technology of RF Transistor

During the war, radar technology is the crucial technique for troops to detect where enemy is. That is to say, in order to give the allies an edge, scientists developed radar technology to "see" for hundreds of miles, even at night. The research that went into improving radar arouses the stage for post-war research into the transistor such as RF transistor.
In 1940, radar relied on a semiconductor crystal, or "rectifier," to send out a radio wave and analyzing the reflected wave after it bounced off any objects in the air. The rectifier's job was to translate the reflected signal into the direct current necessary for visualization on the screen. Nevertheless, these crystals often couldn't handle the quickness and intensity of a rapidly changing radar signal. They would burn out frequently.
Finally, after trying different semiconductors and doping with different materials, researchers learned which combinations produced the best results and also learned new techniques on how best to grow and dope the crystals. That was when transistor like RF transistor had been found on that day.

Wear the Ear Muffs to Protect Your Ear

Have you ever worn the ear muffs? If you are in a noisy environment or in a cold area, ear muffs could be your savior! They can protect your ears from hearing losses or frostbite. Designed to cover a person's ears for protection, they consist of a thermoplastic or metal head-band, which fits over the top of the head, and a pad at each end, to cover the external ears.
There are two kinds of ear muffs nowadays. The first one is thermal ear muffs, worn in cold environments to keep a person's ears warm. Another one is acoustic ear muffs, also known as ear defenders. This kind of ear muffs equipped with sound-deadening material, like thermal earmuffs and headphones in appearance, which are worn as hearing protection. Ear defenders protect the wearer from extreme noises. The head band and outer covering is usually made from a hard thermoplastic or metal. The protection usually comes from acoustic foam—this absorbs sound waves by increasing air resistance, thus reducing the amplitude of the waves.
So, next time when you travel to a freezing country or visit a noisy factory, don’t forget to bring you ear muffs!

The Manufacturing Technique in Plastic Injection Manufacturer

The plastic injection manufacturer in this industry has evolved over the years from producing combs and buttons to producing a vast array of products for many industries including automotive, medical, aerospace, consumer products, toys, plumbing, packaging, and construction.

In a plastic injection manufacturer, granular plastic is fed by gravity from a hopper into a heated barrel with injection molding. As the granules are slowly moved forward by a screw-type plunger, the plastic is forced into a heated chamber, where it is melted. As the plunger advances, the melted plastic is forced through a nozzle that rests against the mold, allowing it to enter the mold cavity through a gate and runner system. The mold remains cold so the plastic solidifies almost as soon as the mold is filled.

The plastic injection molding is used to create many things, such as wire spools, packaging, bottle caps, automotive dashboards, pocket combs, some musical instruments (and parts of them), one-piece chairs and small tables, storage containers, mechanical parts (including gears), and most other plastic products available today. It is the most common method of part manufacturing, ideal for producing high volumes of the same object. Some advantages of injection molding are high production rates, repeatable high tolerances, the ability to use a wide range of materials, low labor cost, minimal scrap losses, and little need to finish parts after molding. On the contrary, the disadvantages of this process are expensive equipment investment, potentially high running costs, and the need to design moldable parts for molded plastic.

The Necessity of Wearing Outdoor Sports Clothing When Exercising

When you are doing outdoor activities or exercising, you should have the correct concept that wearing the suitable outfit is necessary. The outfit you wear for exercise should be light-weighted, for instance. According to different activities, there are different outdoor sports clothing for you to choose. It is a type of clothing, including footwear, worn for sport or physical exercise. Sport-specific clothing is worn for most sports and physical exercise, for practical, comfort or safety reasons.

Typical outdoor sports clothing includes shorts, tracksuits, T-shirts, tennis shirts and polo shirts. Specialized garments include wetsuit/foul weather gear (for swimming, diving or surfing) and salopettes (for skiing) and leotards (for gymnastics). Furthermore,  sportswear is designed to be light weight so as not to encumber the wearer. The best athletic wear for some forms of exercise, like cycling, should not create drag or be too bulky. On the other hand, sportswear should be loose enough so as not to restrict movement. Some sports have specific style requirements, for example the Keikogi used in karate. Various physically dangerous sports require protective gear, e.g. for fencing, American football or ice hockey.

Finally, outdoor sports clothing design must consider the thermal insulation needs of the wearer. In hot situations, sportswear should allow the wearer to stay cool; while in cold situations, sportswear should help the wearer to stay warm.

The Powerful Electronic Amplifier—RF Module Amplifier

Are you often annoyed by the poor quality of your cable television? That’s because you neglect to install the amplifier for your cable. The RF module amplifier is a type of electronic amplifier used to convert a low-power radio-frequency signal into a larger signal of significant power, typically for driving the antenna of a transmitter. It is usually optimized to have high efficiency, high output Power(P1dB) compression, good return loss on the input and output, good gain, and optimum heat dissipation.

The amplifier is a device for increasing the power of a signal; as a consequence, with the assistance of RF module, the quality of your cable television will improve a lot. Besides using on cable TV, there are other applications of RF module. In audio applications, amplifiers drive the loudspeakers used in PA systems to make the human voice louder or play recorded music.

What is Ignition Distributor System?

The ignition distributor handles several jobs. Its first job is to distribute the high voltage from the coil to the correct cylinder. And the coil is connected to the rotor, which spins inside the cap. The rotor spins past a series of contacts, one contact per cylinder. As the tip of the rotor passes each contact, a high-voltage pulse comes from the coil. The pulse arcs across the small gap between the rotor and the contact (they don't actually touch) and then continues down the spark-plug wire to the spark plug on the appropriate cylinder.

The engine is like a big pump. It pumps air and gas in, then pumps exhaust out. The byproduct is a lot of energy that is sent to the wheels and exhaust out the tailpipe. That's the basic of all basic descriptions. Engine mixes air and fuel, then adds a spark to make the explosion. This spark ignites the air-fuel mixture, and is referred to as the ignition. This ignition takes place thanks to a group of components working together, otherwise known as the ignition system. The ignition distributor system consists of an ignition coil, distributor, distributor cap, rotor, plug wires and spark plugs. Older systems used a points-and-condenser system in the distributor, newer ones use an ECU, a little brain in a box, to control the spark and make slight changes in ignition timing.
